with a new leak about Doomstadt showing up in the Disney Plus Series Wandavision… its the perfect time to lay out the theory that Dr. Doom is in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and has been for sometime…. using the events since Avengers Age of Ultron, through Infinity War and Endgame, to slowly turn Sakovia into Latveria… setting up Marvel Phase four to introduce one of most notorious Marvel villains in Dr. Doom to square off against Reed Richards and the Fantastic Four….

These arent easter eggs they are fan speculation. Nothing wrong with it but easter eggs are actual references left by filmmakers.
I dont know why Sokovia would simply change its name to Latveria, as Latveria has a long history of its own. At some point Doom's origin will need to be revealed and it all hapoens in Latveria until he leaves to got to the US on a scholarship.
